THE STRUCTURE OF THE JOURNAL

THE STRUCTURE OF THE JOURNAL

November 1, 2020

This is the first journal entry. I want to use the journal to begin to merge my true passion for analytical psychology with the development of my two restaurants; to explore my personal beliefs on life and the various psychological concepts the have shaped me into who I am today.

This is the first journal entry. I want to use the journal to begging to merge my true passion for analytical psychology with the development of my two restaurants; to explore my personal beliefs on life and the various psychological concepts the have shaped me into who I am today.

My plan is to cover one psychological concept a week beginning with the most basic concepts. On my social media, I will start the week with an introduction, and then throughout the week expand on the topic.

Towards the end of the week, I will apply the concept to each major aspect of life - work, relationships, health, hobbies, and spirituality - and show how the concept affects each aspect.

I have noticed that most of the psychology I have learned is difficult to apply to my life. Thus, I wanted to demonstrate that each concept is directly linked to the major aspects of life.

In other words, I want to casualize psychology the best I can and look at each concept in an extremely practical way.

At the end of each week, I will combine all the different social media posts into one video, make a written journal entry, and post it all in the journal in one comprehensive entry.
